Minute 53

Clip 53: There is a Story to It “So tell me, what happened?,” The young fellow’s lips finally open. -“It saw them coming.” Pause. “Who they were? I do not know. I probably never will, I just saw them crossing the sky on that first of May. First, it was exciting watching the sparkling dust waves covering the earth. The light was so bright; I actually couldn’t keep my eyes to heaven. Suddenly, I heard a big bang. Something must’ve hit the ground. Then, I realized it was too late. I couldn’t move anymore—at least not in the way I was used to. I felt lightness in my…can I still call it body? Looking at the sky again, I suddenly noticed I was dead. Well, having seen the bright light before and the sparkling waves of dust, I thought I finally made it. Christ shows his mercy as I’m the victim of an attack. However, the moment you showed up I was puzzled. You brought red waves to the scenery, waves which I wasn’t able to flee from. I panicked, searching for memories which might justify this sudden turning point. Then, the thought somehow entered my mind. I once raped a little girl on a first of May. Sweet, innocent, brave—a little sweetheart. I cannot recall why—I had a wife. When you addressed me, I suddenly realized I am no victim. I am a perpetrator, a perpetrator who doesn’t deserve heaven. What I Deserve is to become a member of that great hell of yours.”
